After some conversations with the team here, I've decided it's necessary to keep with tradition and leave references to the Father as vague as possible. A common term used to refer to Him here is MD, which stands for Managing Director (as He is the Managing Director of all our lives!).
I've changed any references to Him in this blog to MD, and you can probably tell what other "code words" are from the context which they are in. While in HK, we are free to follow Whoever we would like, many other nations that CRV serves cannot be affiliated with MD organizations. So in your comments, please respect this wish, and please have fun being creative!
